Permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker is a new high-voltage switchgear that combines vacuum arc extinguishing technology with a permanent magnetic operating mechanism. It reliably interrupts short-circuit currents during grid faults to protect equipment and lines. Unlike conventional breakers, its core difference lies in the permanent magnetic mechanism: it uses magnetic force from permanent magnets to hold the closed or open position, replacing traditional mechanical hook latches.
